Responsibilities

• Support our Service and Retail partners with technical questions by phone and email.
• Investigate issues by asking the right questions and gathering information.
• Guide partners through troubleshooting steps and solutions.
• Work closely with workshops and internal teams when further support is needed.
• Build strong knowledge of bikes, tools and processes.
