VanMoof in Amsterdam is seeking a Technical Support Specialist (German speaking) to troubleshoot with partners by phone and email. You will investigate issues, guide through troubleshooting steps, and collaborate with workshops and internal teams.

The role requires strong English/German communication, a professional phone manner, and the ability to explain technical topics clearly. A hybrid work setup is offered at The Awarehouse, Houthavens.

Join our Amsterdam team as a Technical Support Specialist (German speaking). We’re looking for someone who enjoys troubleshooting and communicates confidently by phone and email. What you’ll do

• Support our Service and Retail partners with technical questions by phone and email.
• Investigate issues by asking the right questions and gathering relevant information.
• Guide partners through troubleshooting steps and possible solutions.
• Work closely with workshops and internal teams when further support is needed.
• Build strong knowledge of our bikes, tools and processes.

What you’ll bring

• Tech savviness and curiosity (for e-bikes).
• Experience in customer service, support or a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A professional and approachable phone manner, with empathy for our partners.
• Ability to explain technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical partners.
• Ability to adapt and manage changing priorities.
• Fluency in English and German.
