Cross Border Talents is hiring a German-speaking customer service specialist in Bucharest. You will handle inquiries by phone, email and live chat, resolving issues with patience and a solution-oriented approach while identifying cross-selling opportunities.

English is required for internal communication; the role requires a full-time commitment and commuting to the Sector 4 office three days a week. A competitive base salary plus bonuses and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• German at C1–C2 level, spoken and written.
• English at B2 level minimum, for internal communication.
• At least 6 months of phone-based sales or customer service experience (BPO voice experience preferred).
• A sales mindset and comfort with cross-selling and upselling.
• Strong communication and active-listening skills.
• Good computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.
• Proactive, patient, empathetic and solution-oriented.
• Based in Bucharest and able to commute to the Sector 4 office 3 days a week.
• Available for full-time work.
