Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a German-speaking customer service professional to join an international team in Bucharest. You will support German-speaking customers by phone, email and live chat, resolve issues, and identify cross-selling opportunities to enhance revenue.

The role requires a full-time commitment with a hybrid work setup. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, updating CRM records, and collaborating with internal teams while escalating complex cases as needed to maintain

Qualifications

• German at C1–C2 level, spoken and written.
• English at least B2 level for internal communication.
• At least 6 months of phone-based sales or customer service experience (BPO voice experience preferred).
• A sales mindset and comfort with cross-selling and upselling.
• Strong communication and active-listening skills.
• Based in Bucharest and able to commute to the Sector 4 office 3 days a week.
• Available for full-time work.
