Job summary

Candidata is seeking a SalesProject Manager to coordinate end-to-end projects for German retail customers from Amsterdam office. You translate commercial agreements into clear project plans and drive collaboration between internal teams, production partners, and external agencies.

You own timelines, budgets, quality, and specifications to ensure on-time, in-full delivery within budget. You will work closely with the Key Account Manager, Buying, Design, Quality, Supply Chain, and Inside Sales to

Responsibilities

• Coordinate execution of German key account projects (launches, tenders, seasonal deals).
• Manage timelines, milestones, and cross-department deliverables.
• Translate commercial agreements into internal briefs (packaging, pricing, logistics).
• Monitor progress and escalate bottlenecks, delays, and deviations.
• Ensure 95% OTIF project delivery.
• Act as main internal contact for German clients on implementation and follow-up.
• Prepare product data and customer documentation (Excel, BC, portals).
• Align with Buying, Supply Chain, and Quality on specs, stock, and lead times.
• Maintain project overviews and provide weekly status reporting.
