Sensar, part of the Terramira group, seeks a Geospatial Solutions Engineer to bridge remote sensing, product development, and software delivery. You will translate customer questions into technical, scalable solutions and work within a multidisciplinary team at our Amersfoort office.
You will develop and maintain methods for processing InSAR data, optimize data pipelines, and contribute to product production while sharing knowledge across the team.
Applied innovation and development for and with our customers Terramira turns satellite and sensor data into clear, actionable intelligence for the challenges that define our time: climate change, water scarcity, biodiversity loss and infrastructure under pressure. Our customers don’t need data for data’s sake. They need insights that drive decisions. That’s exactly what we deliver. At Terramira, we believe impact starts with seeing clearly. We make impact visible. And we bring it within reach. As part of Terramira, Sensar monitors movements of soil, constructions and infrastructure, such as the quay walls in Amsterdam. In our vision, data is the fuel of the future economy. We believe in measuring what is measurable. With our easy-to-use products, we allow our customers in the infrastructure domain to accurately plan maintenance and develop sustainable policies towards the future. This leads to lower costs and increased safety and accessibility for everyone.
As a Geospatial Solutions Engineer, you will be working on the intersection between remote sensing, product development, and software development. You will be part of our products and technology team that is responsible for developing and maintaining our product portfolio. We are specifically looking for someone that is able to understand the question behind a customer question.
We prefer candidates who can work primarily from our office in Amersfoort. If you do not meet all criteria, you may still contact us if you can demonstrate strong potential. Several skills can be learned with us.
At Sensar, fun and personal development are central to our daily work. We are a small, close-knit, and growing team, which means there is plenty of room to learn and the freedom to take initiative. We always have lunch together, regularly organize team outings, and offer fresh fruit and a pool table. Sensar is part of the Terramira-group, the largest Earth Observation group in the Netherlands. There are plenty of opportunities and spaces to enjoy time together outside of work as well.
