Qualifications

• Strong legal background in Dutch law.
• Experience with EU law is a plus.
• Ability to interpret regulatory developments for business use.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the trusted legal voice across the business, advising on Dutch and EU law, building our legal posture, and enabling fast execution.
• Stay ahead of regulatory developments across NL, FR, and other markets, turning shifts into strategic guidance.
• Own international expansion from a legal perspective, enabling faster, smarter market entry.
• Partner with Product, Growth, and Commercial to launch offerings and campaigns with early legal input.
• Build and scale compliance infrastructure to support multi-jurisdiction growth.
• Own GDPR and privacy framework, ensuring policies are embedded in product development.
