Job summary

BCG Platinion—Amsterdam is seeking an AI Solutions Consultant to translate GenAI strategy into actionable platforms for clients worldwide. You will work at the intersection of strategy and hands-on tech delivery, shaping GenAI roadmaps and guiding architecture decisions with senior client teams.

You will lead GenAI solution design, evaluate technologies, and mentor junior colleagues while travelling to engage diverse, global clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, preferably with AI/ML focus.
3–10 years' experience in IT strategy and consulting, software development, or IT project management.
Previous consulting experience focused on technology and digital initiatives.
Strong technical expertise in Generative AI and Machine Learning.
Familiarity with GenAI constructs like LLMs, RAG, Guardrails, MLOps and multi-modality.

Responsibilities

Define GenAI strategies with client leadership and secure buy-in for recommendations.
Collaborate with case teams to turn potential into performance.
Coach client tech teams and manage quality and risk while meeting expectations.
Engage in Agile transformation and digital initiatives at scale.
Grow client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
