Job summary

BCG Platinion is seeking a GenAI IT Consultant to help design and implement AI platforms for leading organizations worldwide. You will work with client leadership to shape GenAI strategies, guide case teams, and drive tangible business outcomes using agile methods and modern tech.

You will collaborate with diverse clients, mentor junior team members, and contribute to practice development while advancing your GenAI and machine learning capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 3 to 10 years IT strategy and consulting, professional software development or IT project management.
• Experience in consulting, technology focus and digital initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define GenAI strategies and win buy-in with leadership teams.
• Collaborate with case teams to turn client potential into performance.
• Coach client technology teams and manage risk and quality on projects.
• Develop innovative GenAI projects using agile methods and modern approaches.
