Job summary
Databricks’ AI Forward Deployed Engineering (AI FDE) team is seeking an experienced, highly collaborative AI specialist to deliver GenAI solutions for customers, own production rollouts, and act as a trusted technical advisor. You will work cross-functionally with product and engineering, and you’ll travel to meet clients.
The role emphasizes cutting-edge GenAI work, including RAG, multi-agent systems, LangChain, and DSPy, with a strong focus on delivering real business value and staying ahead
Qualifications
- The candidate should have a track record of building GenAI applications and productionizing them for customers.
- Experience deploying production-grade ML solutions across cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical and technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop cutting-edge GenAI solutions using the latest Databricks AI research.
- Own production rollouts of GenAI applications for customers.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers across domains.
- Present at conferences and collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence roadmap.
