Job summary

Accenture Song is seeking a Customer Tech Consultant to help modernize customer engagement platforms. You will deliver cloud-native customer solutions, integrate CCaaS and CRM, and design engaging customer experiences that unlock business growth.

You will work in a team of 17 colleagues, collaborating across multiple client projects and industries, with hands-on architecture and solution design responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in customer tech transformation, service design, or technology advisory roles.
• A master’s degree.
• Strong consulting skills: problem‑structuring, storytelling, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Affinity with front‑office, digital experiences, or cloud technology.
• Interest in CCaaS, CRM, cloud, and systems integration, plus curiosity for emerging technologies such as Generative AI.

Responsibilities

• Mapping process and interaction flows.
• Configuring and validating CCaaS environments.
• Presenting technical solution options to stakeholders.
• Evaluating integration methods with CRM or backend systems.
• Owning technical deliverables end-to-end.
