Job summary

ML6 is seeking a driven professional to lead AI/ML projects from inception to production, based in Europe ( Amsterdam area preferred). You will manage customer relationships, drive delivery with teams, and spot opportunities to expand our impact with clients.

You will contribute to ML6 strategy, coach team members, and promote best practices while building knowledge in the GenAI domain and ensuring client success across engagements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent required or demonstrated experience.
• Proven track record delivering AI/ML projects in production environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Dutch (German for Germany).
• Strong ability to manage client relationships and grow accounts.

Responsibilities

• Drive and deliver projects as a technical or delivery/project lead.
• Foster high customer satisfaction and identify opportunities as account manager.
• Deliver projects within time, scope and deliverables.
• Create business value and challenge customers to achieve outcomes.
• Actively contribute to ML6 strategy and act as an ambassador.
• Coach team members and promote WoW best practices.
• Develop knowledge in GenAI domain and share it across teams.
