Job summary

ESA invites a Galileo PRS and System Security Engineering Unit coordinator to join the Galileo System Security Service. You will drive security-related work for PRS infrastructure, cryptography, and certification processes, reporting to the Head of the Galileo PRS and System Security Engineering Unit.

You will lead engineering teams, coordinate external contractors, and align PRS studies with Galileo programme objectives while ensuring procurement activities and project baselines are maintained.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in telecommunications engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of relevant professional space or security engineering experience.
• Eligibility for access to sensitive information and security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate PRS roadmap development and identify critical PRS and security capabilities.
• Lead a team of ESA engineers and oversee onsite contractors.
• Interface PRS tech development with Galileo programme implementation and plan procurement activities.
• Prepare design, development and validation plans and report progress to leadership.
