Job summary

NH Hotels & Resorts, NH Conference Centre Leeuwenhorst in Noordwijkerhout, NL, invites you to an internship in Hotel Management. During this program you will rotate through all departments to learn operations, service standards and guest experience.

You will progressively take on the Manager on Duty role, act as the first point of contact for guests, respond to questions and complaints, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service and memorable stays.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of hospitality operations and guest services is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Participate in training across hotel departments to understand operations.
• Progress to Manager on Duty and oversee guest interactions.
• Be the first point of contact for guests, handling questions, comments and complaints.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
