Job summary

Everet Marsh is seeking an Associate/VP to join its Fund Finance team in Amsterdam. The role focuses on structuring and executing Fund Finance transactions, with emphasis on subscription and capital call facilities for private equity funds and financial sponsors across Europe.

You will analyse fund structures, prepare credit papers, negotiate financing documents with counsel, and develop sponsor relationships while working closely with the bank’s European platform. Fluency in Dutch is required.

Qualifications

• Experience within Fund Finance, Subscription Finance or a closely related lending/structured finance area.
• Strong credit analysis and transaction structuring capabilities.
• Exposure to private equity funds / financial sponsors.
• Experience within a bank or established lending platform.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills.
• Dutch language skills at professional working proficiency or above are required.
• Based in Amsterdam or open to relocating.

Responsibilities

• Structuring and executing Fund Finance transactions.
• Working across subscription / capital call facilities and broader fund financing solutions.
• Analysing fund structures, LP bases and underlying credit considerations.
• Preparing credit papers and supporting internal approval processes.
• Working directly with PE funds, alternative investment managers and their advisers.
• Negotiating and executing financing documentation alongside legal counsel.
• Supporting origination and developing existing and new sponsor relationships.
• Working closely with colleagues across the bank’s wider European platform.
