Our client, a hands-on lower mid market fund is looking for strong candidates on Associate or VP level in Amsterdam

Responsibilities

• Support and lead investment processes across the full deal cycle, from sourcing and due diligence through execution and portfolio management.
• Build and review financial models, valuations, investment analyses, and transaction materials.
• Conduct market, industry, and company research and develop clear investment theses and recommendations.
• Work closely with management teams, advisors, and investment partners, while contributing to portfolio value creation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, transaction advisory, or a similar investing environment.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, analytical, and commercial skills, with a keen interest in lower mid-market businesses.
• Fluent Dutch and English, both written and spoken; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and intellectually curious, with the ability to take ownership and thrive in a lean investment team.
