Functional Consultant | Core Business Applications & MS Dynamics 365 Sales
The Hague region | Hybrid
Salary: €60,000 - €75,000 based on experience
Are you a Functional Consultant, Application Manager or Business Analyst who enjoys getting close to users, understanding how a business operates and turning that into better systems, processes and support?
WestPoint search are searching on behalf of a large international organisation near The Hague that is looking for a Functional Consultant to take an important role across its core business application landscape, alongside Dynamics 365 Sales.
The role centres on two business-critical applications that support operational processes across the organisation. You do not need experience with these exact systems. What matters is that you have the functional mindset to learn a new application landscape, work confidently with users and take ownership of a key product area.
You will work closely with an experienced Functional Consultant within the international team, building knowledge across both applications and becoming a trusted point of contact for users across the business. This is a genuinely varied role: user support, workshops, training, documentation, process improvement, functional configuration, testing and supporting smaller enhancements or rollouts. There is also exposure to Dynamics 365 Sales, particularly where commercial processes, data and integrations connect with the wider application landscape.
This is not a purely technical development role. It would suit someone who wants to own a product area, build real functional expertise and work at the intersection of users, processes and technology.
