Job summary

Mimica is hiring for an experienced frontend engineer to join the Mapper Team. You will build data-visualisation features and real-time interfaces for editing graph data and retraining AI models, working end-to-end in small teams to push architectural decisions and product improvements.

With 8+ years in software engineering and strong English communication, you will help shape the engineering culture and processes while delivering scalable, maintainable frontend solutions in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Strong React expertise and modern frontend fundamentals.
• Deep understanding of frontend performance optimization techniques.
• Experience with data-heavy applications and scalable UI design.
• Ability to design robust API interfaces and integrate with services.

Responsibilities

• Develop data-visualisation features and dashboards for large data properties with scalability in mind.
• Build interfaces and real-time frontend services enabling multi-user collaboration on graph data.
• Own projects end-to-end within small teams, collaborating with TLs and PMs.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and document implementations.
• Participate in team processes and RFCs to improve effectiveness.
• Support hiring and onboarding of new team members.
