Candidates should be able to read simple instructions, communicate in English, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 pounds. Training will cover 5S and standard work instructions, with opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, plus 3+ months related experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and schedules.
• Ability to speak and write in English and complete forms.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and use required PPE daily.
• Manufacture parts meeting quality standards while maintaining cycle times.
• Assemble parts, apply tapes/adhesives, test components, and handle packaging.
• Inspect parts to ensure labels and components match specs.
• Communicate concerns to the next shift and share best practices.
• Pack parts per packaging standards and maintain 5S at workstations.
• Rotate between work centers and assist with material movement.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects and cost savings.
• Support changes and adapt to schedule and customer needs.
