Job summary

Korsit, based in Eindhoven, seeks a Full Stack Developer to work on business-critical applications in a MACH-based ecosystem. You will contribute hands-on to development and ensure quality, reliability, security, and maintainability.

Requirements include strong Java/Spring Boot and/or React/Next.js experience, plus Cloud and Kubernetes skills. You will build CI/CD pipelines, own services end-to-end, and collaborate across teams in a dynamic, international company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as software developer.
• Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot and/or React/Next.js.
• Experience with service-based architectures and preferably MACH-based environments.
• Experience building and/or operating applications in AWS.
• Good knowledge of cloud environments, containers and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• A solid understanding of what it takes to run software reliably in production, including logging, monitoring, alerting and incident response.
• An eye for security and an understanding of secure software development practices.
• Experience with code reviews and the ability to explain and support technical decisions.
• A willingness to share knowledge and help other developers grow.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure using Terraform, Kubernetes and AWS.
• Take ownership of products and services built with Java and Spring Boot, React and/or Next.js within a MACH-based ecosystem.
• Be responsible for the full lifecycle of services, development, deployment and production operations.
• Actively contribute to technical decisions through implementation, reviews and experimentation.
• Integrate backend services with a commercial off-the-shelf e-commerce platform.
• Ensure high code quality through testing, reviews and pragmatic standards.
• Contribute to security topics by identifying risks and improving implementations.
• Monitor, support and improve production systems, including on-call and incident handling.
• Share knowledge and coach other developers on an ad hoc basis.
