Job summary

Awesome Compliance Technology (ACT) in Amsterdam is building a multi-tenant SaaS platform for responsible AI and regulatory compliance. We’re looking for engineers who enjoy shipping across the stack, from front-end to back-end, using React/Next.js and Python/Django.

Join a small, senior team, work in a hybrid setup with several days in the Amsterdam office, and own features end-to-end—from UX to data workflows and AI integrations with agents and RAG pipelines.

Qualifications

• Experience building full-stack features.
• Familiarity with frontend and backend stacks.
• Exposure to AI integration (LLMs) and RAG pipelines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build features end-to-end across Next.js + Django.
• Shape multi-tenant SaaS: user management, auth, document builders.
• Collaborate with AI/ML to integrate agents and RAG pipelines.
