At Trustoo, we're looking for a product-minded Full Stack Developer who combines strong technical skills with business understanding, curiosity and an AI-first mindset.

Задачи:

Build fast, intuitive consumer experiences using React.js and Next.js. Improve conversion, user experience and marketplace performance. Contribute ideas and challenge product decisions using data and user insights. Take ownership of features from idea to launch and evaluation. Use AI tools to accelerate development, prototyping and automation. Build backend functionality and APIs using PHP/CakePHP when needed. Experiment, learn and continuously improve the product.

Требования:

3+ years of professional frontend or full-stack development experience. Strong JavaScript and React.js skills, preferably with Next.js experience. Experience working with backend systems and APIs. Strong product intuition and genuine interest in how businesses grow. Curiosity about conversion, experimentation and user behaviour. A proactive mindset: you ask questions, suggest improvements and take ownership. Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor or Claude. Interest in AI agents and automation. A pragmatic attitude focused on delivering value rather than just writing code. Most importantly, you care about why you're building something, not just how.
