Job summary

OTC Flow is seeking a Full Stack Developer for our Amsterdam office. You will design, build, and improve software tools that help traders and back office with data analysis and automated tasks, taking ownership from design to deployment.

You will collaborate with Sales Traders, Analysts, and Operations to translate requirements into technical tasks, build user-friendly dashboards, and strengthen the infrastructure while continuously learning and sharing knowledge within the team.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience with Python for backend and Javascript/Dash/React for the frontend.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering and/or related field.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with SQL databases and data tooling.
• Familiarity with Windows environments; Linux and Docker knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain internal tools that support trade capture, market analysis, trading operations, and client workflows.
• Translate business and market requirements into practical technical solutions and features.
• Collaborate with Sales Traders, Analysts, and Operations to understand needs and convert them into technical tasks.
• Contribute to feature development, bug fixes, and UX improvements.
