Job summary

OTC Flow, based in Amsterdam, seeks a Full Stack Developer to build and improve software tools for traders and back office. You’ll own features from design to deployment, contributing to data analytics, automation, and CRM enhancements.

You’ll collaborate with Sales Traders, Analysts and Operations, translating business needs into robust technical solutions while maintaining high-quality, user-friendly dashboards and internal tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field required.
Strong understanding of SQL databases and data modeling.
Hands-on in Windows environments; Linux and Docker knowledge is a plus.
Experience gathering business requirements and communicating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain internal tools for trade capture, market analysis, trading operations and client workflows.
Implement new features and improvements across OTC Flow platforms.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions for environmental market data (GOOs, EUAs, REGOs).
Collaborate with Sales Traders, Analysts and Operations to define tasks and priorities.
Build user-friendly dashboards and internal tools with a focus on UX and data quality.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing and best practices.
