MYLAPS Sports Technology in Haarlem develops timing solutions for athletes and events. As a Full-Stack Developer you will work on the Motorized and Active Sports products, delivering accurate results for athletes.

You will join a multidisciplinary team with iOS, Android, and Web developers and a QA Engineer, collaborating with the Product Owner. Occasional visits to sporting events help you understand the software's meaning and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in Java and Spring Boot.
• Front-end experience with Vue.js.
• Strong English communication; Dutch a plus.

The role

Our Software Development team works on several products:

• Motorsports (Speedhive)
• Active Sports (Sporthive)

As a Full-Stack Developer you will get the chance to work on the software that delivers our athlete’s results for both the Motorized as the Active Sports domain.

What You'll Do

In this position you ensure that all our athletes get the most accurate results of their performance. Whether it is a triathlete, runner, cyclist or motor racer, our timing solutions ensure accurate results due to our advanced and reliable technology.

In this multidisciplinary team you will find colleagues with specializations in IOS, Android and Web development, as well as a QA Engineer working closely together with our Product Owner.

Since we like to understand what our software means to athletes and racers, this position offers the chance to visit small and large scale sporting events to fully understand the accuracy and meaning of our software.

What You Bring

• Software Development experience with Java and preferably Springboot.
• Front-end Development experience in Vue.js.
• Strong (technical) communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).
• Passion for technology and sport.
• Cloud experience, preferably Azure, is a bonus.
