Job summary

SAMSUNG SDS in Tilburg seeks a Front Office Transport Coordinator to manage daily order handling and transport planning for outbound shipments. You will be the first contact for customers, carriers and warehouse ops, ensuring on-time delivery and proactive problem solving.

You will coordinate across transport modes, monitor in-transit status, and collaborate with service providers to uphold KPI targets. A logistics degree with 1–3 years' experience and strong English are required, with shifts

Qualifications

Logistics degree (Bachelor or Master) required.
1–3 years of relevant experience.
Customer oriented and proactive.
Business English fluency in speaking and writing.
Proficient in MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

First point of contact for customer regarding all shipments.
Provide pro-active solutions/alternatives to customer.
Coordinate daily activities to follow up on in transit shipments and re-route as needed.
Execute risk assessment to spot delays early and minimize impact.
Provide timely information to customers in case of delays or risks.
Create and share detailed status overviews of in transit shipments.
Work with transport service providers to ensure efficient execution.
Maintain on-time delivery KPI and communicate delivery status.
Collect IOD/COD to receive proof of delivery.
Edit and send a daily OTD and tracking reports.
