Job summary

TRIBE Amsterdam City is looking for a Front Office Host to greet guests in a vibrant Social Hub, assist with check-in and check-out, and share tips about Amsterdam's best hotspots. You will bring a warm, personal touch to every guest interaction, making them feel at home from the moment they arrive.

You’ll be part of a dynamic team, with the chance to work across two brands (TRIBE Amsterdam City and Mercure Amsterdam North Station) and grow your hospitality skills in two inspiring environments.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact in the Social Hub, assisting guests during check-in and check-out.

• Collaborate across two brands (TRIBE Amsterdam City and Mercure Amsterdam North Station) to deliver diverse experiences.

TRIBE is a design hotel with 194 rooms, located in Amsterdam Noord (Garde du Nord). Here, everything revolves around creativity, connections, and experience. Our Social Hub is the place where guests come together, work, relax, and are surprised by modern design and a laid-back atmosphere.

What will you do?

As a Front Office Host(ess), you are the first point of contact in our Social Hub. You assist guests with check-in and check-out, but more importantly: you create a warm, personal, and relaxed atmosphere. You provide tips on the city’s best hotspots, have friendly chats with guests, and make sure everyone feels right at home.

This is a cluster position, which means you'll also be working at Mercure Amsterdam North Station, a stunning 110-room boutique hotel located just next door.
