TRIBE Amsterdam City zoekt een Front Office Host(ess) voor de Social Hub. Jij verwelkomt gasten, ondersteunt bij in- en uitchecken en zorgt voor een warme, persoonlijke sfeer. Je bent communicatief vaardig en legt aandacht aan details die de gastbeleving verhogen.

Daarnaast werk je ook op Mercure Amsterdam North Station, waardoor je twee merken leert kennen en in een creatieve, jonge teamsomgeving werkt. Engels is vereist en weekend- en avondenwerk is bespreekbaar.

Qualifications

• Je beheerst Engels.
• Relevante front office-ervaring is een pré.

Responsibilities

• Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt in onze Social Hub en ondersteunt bij check-in en check-out.
• Je zorgt voor een warme, persoonlijke sfeer en geeft gasten tips over de stad.

What will you do? As a Front Office Host(ess), you are the first point of contact in our Social Hub. You assist guests with check-in and check-out, but more importantly: you create a warm, personal, and relaxed atmosphere. You provide tips on the city's best hotspots, have friendly chats with guests, and make sure everyone feels right at home.

This is a cluster position, which means you'll also be working at Mercure Amsterdam North Station, a stunning 110-room boutique hotel located just next door.
