BaxterStorey Nederland is hiring a Front of House team member to deliver friendly, professional service in our Amsterdam location. The role is 30 hours per week and involves serving guests, supporting the kitchen and barista team, and upholding high service standards.

Qualifications

• Have a contagious passion for food and/or customerservice
• Collaborative and inclusive team environment

• Previous experience in a similar role, especially in the food service industry
• Some knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

• Fulltime availability Mondays to Fridays and flexible for events

Responsibilities

• Service – serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist – the kitchen and barista team where necessary.
• Customer Service – provide excellent service by being attentive to guests’ needs at every point on their customer journey.
• Teamwork – collaborate with all other staff and differtent teams to ensure smooth operations and inclusive environment.
• Adherence to Regulations – comply with health and safety regulations and location guidelines.
• Cleanliness – maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen and dining areas.
