Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Product Owner.
Experience in an e-commerce environment.
Strong understanding of digital products, software development, and business processes.
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum environments.
Experience with Jira and Confluence.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to balance competing priorities and make data-driven decisions.
Experience working within international teams and environments.

Responsibilities

Own and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical delivery.
Manage epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria within Jira.
Work closely with development teams to maximise value delivered through each sprint.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and stakeholder sessions.
Translate customer insights and business requirements into actionable product initiatives.
Define and maintain the product roadmap.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver successful implementations.
Monitor platform quality, security, scalability, and performance.
Identify opportunities for innovation and optimisation within the e-commerce landscape.
