Job summary

Everience Benelux, Amsterdam-based IT support contractor, seeks experienced Level 1/2 IT support professionals to maintain smooth user experience across Office 365 and devices.

The role covers initial device deployment, user onboarding, printer support, and network-related assistance. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, with the ability to work autonomously in a freelance setting from Amsterdam.

Qualifications

• Experience in Level 1 IT support and Level 2 IT support.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Comfortable working autonomously without backup.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 IT support for Office applications and devices.
• Initial setup and deployment of new computers using internal tools.
• Onboard users to company IT tools and provide printer support.
• Handle network topics and act as escalation point for complex issues.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Level 1 Support

• End-user support for Office applications, particularly Office 365
• Initial setup and deployment of new computers using internal tool - training will be provided
• Introduction and onboarding of users to company IT tools
• Printer support and troubleshooting

Level 2 Support

• Support for network-related topics: firewalls, switches, and connectivity
• Escalation point for more complex technical issues

Qualifications

Tools & Technologies

• Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD administration)
• ServiceNow for ticketing and incident management
• Use of company-specific deployment and support tools

Essential experience/skills

• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Experienced in both Level 1 and Level 2 IT support
• Comfortable working autonomously (no backup needed)
