Job summary

OpenUp is seeking a freelance Lifestyle Expert to support mental and physical well-being for clients in the Netherlands and across Europe. You will conduct online video consults, help clients set concrete, reachable goals, and empower them to continue their journey independently.

You’ll join a diverse team and participate in weekly intervision and development opportunities. The role is part-time (4-10 hours weekly), with a focus on prevention, evidence-based lifestyle interventions, and

Qualifications

• Native-level German fluency is required.
• Strong English communication skills for consultations.
• BA or MSc in lifestyle-related field required.
• 4+ years of work experience with individuals or groups after BA.

Responsibilities

• Provide 25-minute lifestyle consultations via video sessions.
• Help clients set clear, actionable goals and guide first steps.
• Engage with diverse clients across Europe and participate in ongoing development.
