OpenUp is expanding across Europe and seeks a freelance Lifestyle Expert to improve mental and physical well-being for clients in the Netherlands and beyond. You will deliver 25-minute lifestyle coaching sessions, help clients set clear goals, and provide practical guidance. This role offers flexible hours and growth opportunities within a supportive team.

You’ll engage a diverse client base and join weekly development sessions to strengthen your coaching practice and impact.

Formación

• BA or MSc in lifestyle sciences such as lifestyle medicine, dietetics, or nutrition.
• 4+ years of experience coaching individuals or groups.
• Laptop with Windows 11 or MacOS Sonoma 14 and antivirus enabled.
• Knowledge of evidence-based lifestyle medicine and the positive health framework.
• Experience in lifestyle coaching.
• Team player with growth mindset; resilient and flexible.

Responsabilidades

• Provide goal-oriented lifestyle coaching in sessions.
• Guide clients to actionable steps and track progress.
• Engage with diverse clients across Europe; contribute to development.
