Job summary

Doghouse Recruitment is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager in Utrecht for a growing SaaS company serving the real estate sector. You will guide 4-6 engineers, drive delivery improvements, and enable autonomous cross-functional teams, working closely with the tech lead and product teams.

The role requires 8+ years in software, 3+ years leading teams, and a hands-on approach. Strong English communication and a background in C#/.NET with Azure are preferred, with Docker/Kubernetes as a

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in software engineering.
3+ years of experience managing engineering teams.
Experience scaling, restructuring or splitting engineering teams.
Hands-on mindset (approximately 50% management / 50% technical).
Strong communication skills in English and the ability to connect technology, product and business.
Background in C#/.NET and Azure is preferred; DevOps, Docker and Kubernetes are a plus.
