Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in raising funds from various sources in medtech or IVD.
• Senior leadership experience in diagnostics or clinical laboratory.
• Strong commercial judgment and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Select a business model and develop a go-to-market plan for Europe.
• Secure €1 to 2M in the next funding round through outreach.
• Represent the company with external stakeholders and investors.
• Lead a small team and ensure clear priorities and accountability.
