Job summary

The Social Hub (B Corp™) is seeking an FP&A Intern to join February–July 2027. You’ll help plan, track and improve performance across Hotels, F&B and Connect.

Turn financial data into clear insights for senior management and General Managers, supporting monthly reviews, budgeting and forecasting in a multi-segment hospitality business. You’ll work with the Finance team, learn how different parts of the business fit together, and have opportunities to apply your analytical skills in a dynamic,

Qualifications

• Studying finance, accounting, economics, business, hospitality management or related field.
• Strong ability to work with numerical data and Excel.
• Analytical mindset with curiosity about drivers of business performance.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Proactive and eager to learn; ask questions when needed.
• Ability to explain findings clearly and turn data into insights.
• Fluent in English and comfortable collaborating with an international team.

Responsibilities

• Break down business performance by comparing actual results with budgets and explain key differences.
• Build performance reports and presentations for senior management and General Managers.
• Analyze hotel performance to identify trends and drivers of the numbers.
• Track key hospitality KPIs and monitor overall business performance.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities for future planning.
• Contribute to projects to improve clarity and usefulness of financial reporting.
• Assist the commercial team with weekly and monthly reports.
• Collaborate with Finance and other teams to verify data and ensure accurate storytelling.

Your Mission, Should You Choose It

Ever wondered what the numbers behind a hotel actually tell you? As our FP&A Intern, you’ll get a front-row seat to how The Social Hub plans, tracks and improves its business performance across Hotels, Food & Beverage and Connect. You’ll turn financial data into clear insights, help explain why results differ from expectations and create reports that help our senior management and General Managers make better decisions. From monthly performance reviews to budgeting and forecasting, you’ll get hands‑on experience with the numbers that keep our business moving. You’ll work closely with our Finance team, learn how different parts of our business fit together and have plenty of opportunities to put your analytical skills to work. We’re looking for someone to join us from February until June/July 2027.

What You’ll Do

• Break down business performance by comparing actual results with budgets and explaining the key differences.
• Build performance reports and presentations that turn financial data into clear insights for senior management and General Managers.
• Dig into hotel performance to answer questions, spot trends and understand what drives the numbers.
• Track key hospitality KPIs and help the team keep a close eye on business performance.
• Support budgeting and forecasting to help plan what’s next for our business.
• Improve our reporting by contributing to projects that make financial data clearer and more useful.
• Support the commercial team with weekly and monthly reports.
• Work with the Finance team and colleagues across the business to check data and make sure reports tell the right story.

What You’ll Have

• You’re currently studying Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• You’re comfortable working with Excel and enjoy making sense of numbers.
• You’re analytical and curious, with an interest in understanding what drives business performance.
• You have an eye for detail and care about getting the numbers right.
• You’re proactive, positive and happy to ask questions when you want to learn more.
• You can explain your findings clearly and turn data into insights others can use.
• You’re fluent in English and comfortable working with an international team.
