Job summary

MUFG Bank Europe N.V. in Amsterdam seeks an FP&A Analytics Specialist (AVP) to strengthen management information, planning and capital analytics. You will translate complex data into clear insights to support decision-making and performance management.

You will lead finance data transformation with AI, automation and advanced analytics in a global, autonomous environment. The role reports to the Head of Financial Planning and offers a competitive package and clear career growth.

Qualifications

• Practical understanding of AI, intelligent automation and their finance applications.
• Proficiency in Power BI and data analytics; knowledge of SQL and Power Query preferred.
• Experience in finance, banking, FP&A, treasury analytics or capital planning.
• Fluent in English.
• Technology-minded with an interest in data, automation and AI-enabled finance solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Drive finance transformation using data, analytics, AI, automation and modern tech.
• Develop executive management information, dashboards and profitability analytics.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and medium-term planning with driver-based analysis.
• Develop integrated financial models covering P&L, Balance Sheet, capital, liquidity and regulatory metrics.
• Lead capital planning, forecasting and allocation models and governance.
