Insify is expanding its European market, seeking a Customer Support Specialist who will be the first point of contact for entrepreneurs. You will explain insurance policies clearly, onboard customers within moments, and identify patterns to improve our product. The role requires strong English, organizational skills, and a proactive, customer‑first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Customer contact via phone, email, and chat; explain complex policies clearly.
• Onboarding new customers so they're insured within 2 minutes; smooth and personal.
• Spot patterns; flag common questions and help improve the product for the market.
• Administration: keep customer data up to date, process policy changes, meet deadlines.
