Job summary

Salesforce seeks Forward Deployed Engineers to design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside customer environments. You will join a delivery team with a Deployment Strategist, co-building live production solutions from day one and shipping measurable business impact.

Responsibilities span configuration, customization, and full-stack deployment with real code and data pipelines. You’ll collaborate with customers and product teams to deliver high-value outcomes.

Qualifications

3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience.
Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience.
Fluent in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
Hands-on with LLMs and prompt engineering.
Deep understanding of data modeling, APIs, and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

Develop AI agents and experiences that take real actions for real organisations.
Design agent intelligence: prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and integration with customer systems.
Own technical components end-to-end: from architecture to production.
