Nextview Consulting is hiring an Agentforce Forward Deployed Engineer to build AI solutions with Agentforce and Claude on client projects. You will combine hands-on technical work with consulting, turning business questions into working agent-based solutions.

Based in the Netherlands (Amsterdam/Eindhoven), you work on site with client teams, design and productionize agents, integrate with Data 360 and APIs, and contribute to our growing FDE practice while ensuring measurable value.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of hands-on Salesforce development or configuration.
• Experience building Agentforce agents to production.
• Knowledge of Data 360, Flows and Apex; integration experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Salesforce MCP tools and CLI to enable coding agents and business agents.

Responsibilities

• Work on site with client teams to identify high-value use cases.
• Design, build and test Agentforce agents with subagents, actions, prompts, agent script, flows and Apex.
• Prepare the data foundation in Data 360 for correct data.
• Connect agents to systems via APIs, MuleSoft and MCP.
• Take agents to production and monitor quality, drift and token costs.
• Explain results to client management in plain language.
• Share learnings to grow the FDE and Agentforce practice.
• Collaborate in a small pod with a product owner, business expert, developer and designer.
