Qualifications

• Production experience in AI, data science or software engineering.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C# with production-grade focus.
• Experience with modern software delivery practices including DevOps/CI-CD implementations.
• Experience building end-to-end AI prototypes and integrating with vector databases.
• Experience developing AI/agent-based solutions in Python with LangChain or similar.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or Google Cloud Platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and test AI and Generative AI solutions for business needs.
• Experiment with modern AI technologies (LLMs, RAG, agents).
• Integrate AI models with data, APIs and existing tech stacks; design cloud-native solutions.
• Contribute to AI architecture, QA, evaluation and responsible AI use.
• Share knowledge within PA’s AI community and practice agile delivery.
• Develop production-grade software using modern engineering practices.
