Job summary

MillerKnoll, Inc. in Holland, MI is seeking a Hilo Driver / Material Handler to join all shifts. You will receive, store, and move raw and finished goods, operate forklifts safely, and follow MIOSHA standards while protecting inventory.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent or demonstrable performance, ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and strong teamwork. Shifts include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Operate equipment (standup/sit-down/swing reach forklift, aerial lift) safely and timely.
• Math skills: counting, adding, subtracting.
• Work cooperatively within the team and with other teams to meet goals.
• Adapt to a continually changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and pull raw and finished goods safely and accurately.
• Maintain a valid forklift license and follow MIOSHA standards.
• Learn additional functions through cross-training in other departments.
• Communicate effectively and maintain attendance as scheduled.
• Work overtime as needed and perform additional responsibilities to meet business objectives.
