Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a forklift operator to join our manufacturing team. This role safely operates industrial material handling equipment to move raw materials and finished goods throughout warehouse and production areas.

You will perform tasks to maintain a safe, clean, productive environment, support production orders, monitor inventories, and train teammates as needed. Eligible for a bonus based on performance; schedule is 2nd shift, Mon–Fri, 3:00pm–11:00pm with a $1.00/hour shift

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Comply with policies and standard operating procedures.
• Keep equipment logs, perform minor repairs, and report breakdowns in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other departments to complete production orders on time.
• Monitor and replenish inventory of parts and supplies.
• Provide technical support and training to other team members.
• Contribute ideas to improve or optimize manufacturing procedures.
• Keep tools, equipment, and work environment clean and organized daily.
