Challenge Manufacturing is seeking a materials handler with forklift operation skills to support safe, on-time delivery of products at Plant 4 Holland, Michigan. The role focuses on maintaining inventory accuracy, moving materials within the plant, and supporting production with timely material flow.

The job requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to read and follow English instructions, and experience with material-handling equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English well enough to safely perform job duties and follow procedures.
• One month related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous material handling work experience preferred
• Previous HiLo driving experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Observes and complies with safety, environmental, regulatory, and statutory requirements.
• Participates in needs analysis and training programs identified for this position.
• Audits and supports continuous improvement activities.
• Moves lifting devices to transport loads to designated areas.
• Loads/unloads materials and stacks them as required.
