Job summary

Invite Jobs B.V. in Venlo is hiring a forklift operator to support our packaging production team. You will handle loading and unloading, move goods to correct locations, and perform related admin tasks in a busy logistics environment.

Work in a fixed three-shift system (06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–06:00) with clear hours, good team spirit, modern facilities, and a path to a permanent contract for solid performers.

Qualifications

• You have experience as a forklift operator, preferably in a production environment.
• You possess a valid forklift certificate.
• You can communicate well in English, as this is the working language on the shop floor.
• You are flexible and willing to work in a 3-shift rotation.
• You work accurately and have a sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading trucks, moving goods to the correct locations.
• Sorting goods and placing them in the right spots.
• Handling related administrative tasks that come with the logistics process.

As a forklift operator, you are the key player in the logistics process. You will be actively operating the forklift every day, ensuring that products are transported safely and efficiently. Your daily tasks include loading and unloading trucks, sorting goods, and placing them in the right locations. You also handle the related administrative tasks that come with the logistics process.You will work from Monday to Friday in a 3-shift system, providing variety in your working hours. The shifts are clear: morning (06:00–14:00), afternoon (14:00–22:00), and night (22:00–06:00). This gives you structure and makes it easy to balance work and personal life.
