Job summary

Solina Nieuw-Vennep, Netherlands, seeks a Quality Assurance Specialist with 3+ years in food. You will oversee safety standards and audits, ensuring regulatory compliance and precise labeling aligned with product specs.

You’ll train colleagues on hygiene and quality, and support cross-functional teams across R&D and Production. Fluency in Dutch and a strong analytical mindset are essential, as is a proactive, detail-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• A degree (A1 level) in Food Technology, Dietetics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in the food industry.
• Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Oversee food safety and quality standards (HACCP, BRC, IFS, ISO).
• Prepare, support, and follow up on internal and external audits (NVWA, cert bodies, customer audits).
• Ensure compliance with national and European food regulations (EU 1169/2011).
• Collaborate with R&D or Production on labeling and product specs; train colleagues on hygiene and quality.
