Job summary

Prinsen Berning, a leading food producer in Helmond, is seeking a Food Operator to run and optimise the packaging line. After initial training you will monitor quality, adjust settings and lead line changes, maintaining line health via cleaning and preventive care.

In the long term, versatility across lines is developed. You will work in a three-shift system (early-late-night) with growth opportunities, a strong pension scheme, 30 days leave and a performance-based rewards plan.

Qualifications

• MBO work level (2/3).
• Experience with independently operating packaging and machine lines.
• Technical knowledge for converting, maintaining and solving malfunctions on lines.
• Proactive and results-oriented attitude.
• Dutch language skills in speech and writing.

Responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring the packaging line, including quality controls.
• Resolving malfunctions and changing the line during product changes.
• Calling in the technical service if necessary.
• Ensuring correct administrative processing.
• Cleaning and maintaining the packaging line.
• Actively contributing to improvements in the production process.

Job description

Food Operator | Helmond | Prinsen Berning | Medior | 39 hours (3-shifts)

What are you going to do?

As a Food Operator, you play a key role in our production process. After an internal training, you are responsible for your packaging line, ensuring that the process runs optimally. You monitor quality, make adjustments where necessary and take the lead in the event of malfunctions or product changes. Together with your team, you strive to achieve production targets and ensure that your line remains in top condition through cleaning and preventive maintenance. In the long term, you will be trained to be versatile on multiple lines.
