NH Collection Amsterdam Barbizon Palace, part of Minor Hotels Europe & Americas, offers an Internship in Food & Beverage in Amsterdam. You’ll gain hands-on experience in a premium hotel, delivering genuine hospitality and service excellence to guests.

You will welcome guests, support restaurant and events operations, and collaborate with kitchen and front office while developing service skills, guest relations, and knowledge of premium standards.

Qualifications

• You are actively pursuing education and able to commit to an internship period.
• Strong passion for hospitality, food and beverage.

• Excellent English communication, written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Support daily operations of the restaurant, bar, breakfast service and events.
• Prepare restaurant and meeting spaces, ensuring detail is set for guests.
• Take orders and serve food and beverages while creating memorable moments.
• Collaborate with kitchen, Front Office and other departments for a seamless guest experience.
• Develop knowledge of food, beverages, and premium service standards.
• Share creative ideas to enhance every guest experience.
