Job summary

SmartSpotter Netherlands in Amsterdam is seeking a senior account leader to drive growth with key FMCG accounts. You translate data into strategic recommendations and lead conversations at C-level to increase store yield and value.

You will work in a compact, ambitious team within the Smollan/Global network, enjoy hybrid work, ownership from relationship building to content quality, and have opportunities to grow internationally.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience with FMCG at HQ of supplier or retailer.
• Ability to talk at C-level and challenge data-driven insights.
• Proactive about industry developments and turning them into opportunities.
• Thrives in a high-expectation, autonomous environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct key accounts and increase the added value of SmartSpotter.
• Translate measurement processes into sharp commercial and category advice.
• Switching with international colleagues to continuously sharpen our proposition.
• Challenging customers at C-level to optimize execution on the shop floor.
