Websoft Europe is seeking an experienced Floor Supervisor for a prestigious rooftop cocktail bar in Amsterdam. You will supervise the floor team, coordinate operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience with high service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• English level B2 or higher.
• Team management experience required.
• Long-term position (minimum 12 months).
• Hotel School qualification or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer and service focus.
• Positive and professional attitude.
• Flexible and able to perform under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support waiters, bartenders, hostesses, and shift leaders.
• Coordinate daily floor operations.
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve excellent results.
• Maintain high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Communicate clearly with both guests and team members.
• Create memorable experiences for guests.
